Q. What is an Operator Logo?
|
|
A. A graphical image delivered over the SMS channel to your or any other
destination handset, that replaces your regular text display on the handset.
Linked to your service provider code within the handset. It is displayed only
when you are in the network of the cellular operator for which you downloaded
the logo.

Q. Can I have more than one operator logo on my phone?
|
|
A. No, in any handset, you can store only one operator logo. If you download a
new logo the older one will be lost.

Q. Can I download operator logos on all phones?
|
|
A. No. Presently, only Nokia handsets support operator logos.

Q. What is a Ringing tone?
|
|
A. This is the tone played when your handset rings and is configured through
the profile options on your handset. Depending on the handset model and make,
they could store multiple tunes and each can be customized for your choice of a
ringing tone. Assigning tunes as a general ringing tone or customized for each
phone book entry is an additional handset feature.

Q. What is a Picture Message?
|
|
A. A graphical image delivered over the SMS channel to your or any other
destination handset, expressing your true expression for the moment. Getting in
to the message inbox folder, they are identified by a special icon in some
handsets or as a regular message. Please do ensure there is sufficient capacity
in your message inbox to accept 3 messages or else you will not receive the
complete picture message. Most handsets allow you to add a text to these
pictures and forward them for greater impact.

Q. What are colored wallpapers?

A. These are colored images available in different options especially designed
to match your different moods.

Q. What to do with the colored wallpapers?
|
|
A. These wallpapers can be used as default wallpapers for your phone or as
screen savers. You can even use to compose your MMS messages!!!

Q. What are polyphonic ringing tones?
|
|
A. These are multi channel tones, which have an amazing sound quality. They
display your attitude and can make heads turn when your phone rings. Be sure
you ensure your handset supports them before ordering.

Q. What are java games?
|
|
A. These are downloadable java based games, which can be stored on your
handsets, and you can play them whenever you are in a gaming mood. Please
ensure you have free space on your handsets before ordering the games.

being ordered but if you are not able to download due to non availability of
space.

Q. How do you receive polyphonic ringing tones, colored wallpapers and java
games?
|

A. This content is not delivered directly like the normal content. We would be
sending you a service message using which you can download the content either
by WAP or through GPRS. Please contact your operator to find out how you can
have WAP or GPRS enabled for your handset.

Q. How To Save?
|
|
A. - Saving a Ringing tone:
Various models of handsets have various mechanisms to save these tunes coming
in Over The Air. Generally, most give an alert as 'Ringing tone received' or if
these do come into the Message inbox, these are highlighted with an icon . You
can pre-play these tunes on the phone either by clicking on the OK button or on
the icon. If the tune is what your request, then save it and configure it as
the default tune by configuring the profile of the handset to this tune.
Depending on your handset specifications, you could have multiple tunes
downloaded and saved. The location where these tunes are saved is also handset
dependent and could be in the message inbox or in the tunes section. However,
most handsets accept only one ring tone at any given time as a default tone but
some do have the feature of assigning a specific tone to a phone book entry.
This makes the handset more exciting - you know who is calling by the ringing
tone
- Saving an Operator Logo :
Various models of handsets have various mechanisms to save these Operator Logos
coming in Over The Air. Generally, most give an alert as "Operator Logo
received". You can pre-view these images either by clicking on the OK button or
on the icon. If the image is what your request is, then save it by clicking on
the option button for "save". Your handset display will now revert to this
graphic display if the requesting code matches your current operator code.
- Saving a Picture Message:
Various models of handsets have various mechanisms to save these Picture
Messages coming in Over The Air. Generally, most give an alert as "Picture
Message received" or if these do come into the Message inbox, these are
highlighted with an icon. You can pre-view these images either by clicking on
the OK button or on the icon. If the image is what your request is, then save
it by clicking on the option button for "save". Once saved the picture, can be
either configured as a screen saver or forward to ahead with your text for a
true mobile greeting.
- Saving polyphonic ringing tones, colored wall papers and java games:
You would receive a service message specifying the link from where the content
can be downloaded. You can download immediately or at a later date. The link
can be found in your internet services >> service inbox or in your
browser alert section depending on your handset. Ensure your phones are
configures for WAP or GPRS. Go to options and click on retrieve or load or
download and follow instructions. The content will then be downloaded and saved
in the location of your choice.

Q. Where can I get the scratch cards?
|
|
A. These scratch cards are available at various retailers.
Click here to see the list of retailers. For UAE you can even get the
scratch code over premium SMS. Just send the key word 'SC' as a SMS to 4045 and
we will send you the scratch code via SMS. Each SMS will cost you AED 10.
